We cannot stress enough that you should log into your pool account now at RockCreekPool.com to add family members who permanently reside in your home with their headshot photos, and most importantly, provide personal contact information for each adult so there is redundancy in receiving communications. View the Account Member FAQs to confirm eligibility before entering account members who are not family members residing in your household. We strongly encourage you not to use work emails, as organizations have more robust spam filters and people forget to update their account when they change jobs then miss receiving messages from the pool. The emergency contact should not be an account member.
Be sure to keep the contact information up to date so that we can contact you when swim privileges become available.
